For nearly 50 years, the North Dakota Grain Growers Association has provided wheat and barley producers throughout the state with education, leadership, information and representation. The NDGGA is a member-driven association that partners with the North Dakota Wheat Commission and the North Dakota Barley Council to address domestic policy issues on the state and national levels on behalf of North Dakota wheat and barley farmers. Recently, the NDGGA has put a heavy emphasis on environmental stewardship and expansion into new markets.

Membership in the NDGGA can be very beneficial to North Dakota farmers. “Members of the North Dakota Grain Growers Association belong to one of the most dynamic farm organizations in the state. The NDGGA is proud of its activism and its advocacy regarding agricultural issues. The organization is also proud of its record of working together with the agricultural industry to help make a brighter future for North Dakota agriculture,” NDGGA Executive Director Dan Wogsland said.

Absolute has worked with the NDGGA to promote a variety of policy issues and events. “NDGGA is proud to partner with Absolute Marketing Group in ‘telling agriculture’s story’ to the public. Together our groups have gotten the word out about the NDGGA and about North Dakota agriculture. Specifically, Absolute was instrumental in letting the public know about the NDGGA’s signature event, the annual E-Tour (environmental tour) where the NDGGA brings in members of the EPA into North Dakota to showcase agriculture’s environmental stewardship,” said Wogsland.

“Absolute was also instrumental in providing communication and advertising services during the 2014 ‘Measure 5’ debate and ultimate election defeat. They really helped the NDGGA to be one of the leaders in the Measure 5 demise. Additionally, Absolute got the word out regarding NDGGA President Mark Formo’s recent trip to Cuba. They provided an NDGGA update for Mark and the North Dakota Department of Agriculture that was distributed to Cuban leaders during the trip,” Wogsland said.

Absolute continues to work with the NDGGA, and we look forward to helping them gain exposure on future efforts. “NDGGA is absolutely delighted with Absolute Marketing Group and the services they provide. The team concept allows NDGGA to access a wide range of marketing and public relations services at a price the association can afford. We look forward to our continued partnership and would recommend Absolute Marketing Group to anyone looking for marketing and communications services,” Wogsland said.
