The Rider

• Annual Commitment – The subscription service is a 12-month (or longer) commitment. A written Subscription Agreement will be presented for approval, which will incorporate this Rider and all other addendums. To the extent that the Subscription Agreement is in conflict with the Rider, the Subscription Agreement shall prevail.
• Cancellation Policy – Service agreement can be cancelled at any time with a liquidated cancellation fee equal to 25% balance of remaining months.
• Work Hours – All work will be conducted Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm Central Standard Time. For weekend or late evening events or projects, a separate statement of work will be provided and at an additional charge.
• Project Flow – Each project is a priority to us and your brand. We will handle each request, one project at a time, from start to finish. Each project will be broken down into necessary steps to completion, along with an estimated timeline per step.
• Outside Costs – Various fees shall be charged in addition to the subscription fee for third party services, consultants, and services outside of the specific All Access services. Without limitation:
  • Printing – Absolute is a preferred broker for both large format and commercial printing, a competitive estimate for print production will be provided for any printing project upon completion of the graphic design service needed, print specifications and quantities desired. This includes banners, brochures, business cards, direct mail, booklets and newsletters, just to name a few.
  • Mailing Lists and Postage – An estimate will be provided if any mailing lists need to be purchased on the client/partners behalf and postage costs.
  • Translation Services – Translation services, written and verbal, are available however, an estimate will be provided based on the length of the project.
  • Voiceover Talent – Hired Gums is a voice over talent Absolute and recording studio owned by Absolute Marketing Group, however our voice over talents are not on staff and do require talent fees, an estimate will be provided if voice over talent is required.
  • Actors or Models – When deemed necessary a model or actor may be required. In those cases, an estimate will be provided for any talent based on the needs of the shoot.
  • Props and Hard-Cost Materials – In some cases, props or other materials will need to be purchased for a project, in those instances an estimate will be provided prior to purchasing on the client’s behalf.
  • Drone Videography/Photography – This option is not included in All Access. An estimate will be provided to add a drone to a video/photo shoot upon availability.
• Event Planning – This service is a specialty not included with All Access. We can do it, but you will need to get a separate quote.
• Premium or Specific Stock Video or Photos – Absolute has several stock photography services available and included with your All Access Subscription, however there are limitations with stock images and video. In some instances, some stock video clips or images may need to be purchased on the client’s behalf, in that case an estimate will be provided.
• WordPress Plugins or Web-based third party subscriptions – Web maintenance is included with your All Access subscription, however third party plugins developed by outside vendors may have fees or subscription costs associated with using them. In those cases, an estimate will be provided for approval, along with terms of payment.
• Long Format Video – Video services are available with your plan, however any project longer than 60 seconds does require a separate estimate. If a longer format video is desired, two options are available with your subscription plan 1) A separate estimate will be provided for your approval, based on the scope of your project and you may use your subscription for other projects, not related to the long format video. 2) An estimate will be provided based on the scope of your video project and your monthly subscription plan cost will be applied to the project as a credit. No other projects may be worked on during the month of production of that video project. Several future months of subscription payments can be applied to any long format video.
• Animation – Fully produced animated videos are limited to 30 seconds. If a longer animation video is desired, two options are available with your subscription plan 1) A separate estimate will be provided for your approval, based on the scope of your project and you may use your subscription for other projects, not related to the animated video. 2) An estimate will be provided based on the scope of your video project and your monthly subscription plan cost will be applied to the project as a credit. No other projects may be worked on during the month of production of that video project. Several future months of subscription payments can be applied to any animated video.
• New Website Development or Full Redesign – Website maintenance and hosting, if the site was developed by Absolute or approved by Absolute as eligible for website maintenance, is included with your subscription plan. However, if a new site is required or if an existing site needs major changes or redesign, in which a new site plan, navigation or added major functionality or programming is required a separate estimate will be issued. In those cases, two options are available with your subscription plan 1) A separate estimate will be provided for your approval based on scope of the project and you may continue to use your subscription for other projects. 2) An estimate will be provided based on the scope of your website project and your monthly subscription plan cost will be applied to the project as a credit. If other urgent projects are needed during the development of a new site, a separate Statement of Work will be issued based on the scope of the projects. Several future months of subscription payments can be applied to any new website projects.
• Long Format Print – Graphic Design is included with All Access, however some projects such as magazines, catalogs or newsletters over 16 pages are not included with your subscription. These projects can be completed by our team of designers, but a separate estimate will have to be issued. In those cases, two options are available with your subscription plan 1) A separate estimate will be provided for your approval based on scope of the project and you may continue to use your subscription for other projects. 2) An estimate will be provided based on the scope of your design project and your monthly subscription plan cost will be applied to the project as a credit. If other urgent projects are needed during the development of a new site, a separate Statement of Work will be issued based on the scope of the projects. Several months of subscription payments can be applied to any new design projects.
• Travel – Some photo and video projects may require travel outside of the Fargo-Moorhead area, in those cases a travel and diem estimate will be provided based on the scope of the project specifications. Travel for photo or video shoots within the 30 mile radius of our offices is included with your plan.
