Absolute Only Firm from North Dakota Chapter Automatically Entered in National Competition

Absolute Marketing Group took home two district gold ADDY awards Friday, April 15 in Minneapolis, bringing its 2010 ADDY award total to 21. Each gold award is automatically entered into the national level of the three-tiered ADDY competition. The latest awards were given at the district level which featured the best advertising creative from North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota and Wisconsin. Absolute Marketing Group was the only company from the American Advertising Federation of North Dakota (AAF-ND) to win gold at this level and will be the only automatically advanced professional entrant at the National Competition.

The first award was given for a newspaper spread done on behalf of 99 Bottles. This award won Best of Show at the AAF-ND competition.  The second award was for a sensational, tabloid-style Christmas card done for Huesman, Inc.

About the ADDYs

The ADDYs are the largest creative competition in the country with over 40,000 local entries competing in 200 markets coast to coast. Winning an ADDY at the district level is the second step in competing for a National ADDY award. Over 1,500 national finalists will compete in the National ADDY awards. The illustrious panel of judges will choose winners from across the country May 6-7 in Washington, D.C. National winners will be presented at the National ADDY Awards Show in San Diego, CA June 4, 2011, held in conjunction with the AAF National Conference.
