Absolute Marketing Group proudly announces it has filled three positions: Writer, Media Buyer and Administrative Assistant. These positions represent an exciting time for Absolute as we continue to expand and explore new service offerings for our clients. Each of our new team members has previous experience with Absolute Marketing Group, which makes these hires even more worthwhile.
Tanya Weets as Administrative Assistant
Tanya Weets is a former Client Relations Intern at Absolute Marketing Group. Her role, in addition to many other tasks, will be to continue the success of our Client Relations Internship program, which has witnessed over 50 interns in the last five years and been recognized as the Best Place to Intern by the North Dakota Young Professionals Network. Tanya will oversee as many as five Client Relations Interns tasked with research, meeting preparation and a host of other projects she is directly familiar with. Tanya’s return to Absolute and our Client Relations program signifies her dedication to enriching and educating aspiring marketing and advertising professionals from around the region.
Tanya’s other duties include:

- Gate Keeping
Grant Christian as Media Buyer
Grant is graduating from his Client Relations Internship early to take on the role as Media Buyer. Grant’s primary responsibility will be to locate and negotiate the best media opportunities for clients that utilize this service. During his internship, Grant demonstrated exceptional talent and promise as a media buyer, effectively securing a 50% discount in a popular out-of-market major publication. This is one of the many small examples that has, along with his ambition to perform, made Grant an ideal choice for this position. He will be under the tutelage of our Marketing Advisors who have a combined two decades plus of media buying experience.

Jason Jacobson as Writer
Jason has been with Absolute Marketing Group since 2008 as a Project Manager and Writer. To Jason, this shift into a full-time writing position is seen as a promotion since his passion continues to be developing and delivering truthful, creatively packaged marketing messages. As a full-time writer, Jason will continue to uncover the most sincere consumer benefits our clients offer and present these findings in a meaningful and memorable way. As the only previous writer on staff, he merges as a full-time contributor to one of the most award-winning creative teams in the state.
