Position Overview

The media manager will be responsible for identifying digital media, traditional media and social media options for various target markets, creating flight plans and managing client budgets for a wide range of industries. You will recommend where clients should spend their budgets by researching media options based on their needs and identifying which platforms will best promote their brands and products. 

Responsibilities

  • Manage paid media placement for our client partners
    • Collaborate with each client success manager to recommend media buys
    • Maintain proactive media vendor relationships
    • Keeper of our procurement portals: Google Ad Manager, Meta Business Suite, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads Manager, Snapchat Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Pinterest Ads Manager, Twitter Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and other accounts as needed
    • Technical lead on connecting to channel administration
    • Review, organize and analyze media flight schedules
  • Manage organic social media for our client partners
    • Supervisor of social media team members to post social media on time via Loomly
    • Participate in editorial calendar development
  • Understand strengths, weaknesses and workflow timelines of all media channels
  • Provide monthly performance reports 
  • Prepare data for billing
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and identify areas of development
  • Attend daily morning meetings.
  • Other duties based on business needs

Requirements

  • Special Skills: Proficient in Google Drive
  • Special Certifications: Google Ads & Facebook Ads 
  • Work Preferences: Prefer ad agency experience
  • Qualifications: Two years experience in digital media or media sales
  • Work Requirements: Positive attitude, ability to keep up with a fast-paced small business environment.  Ability to work independently as well as within a team setting.
